Did God Create Hell?

Hell is a place of separation from the goodness of God, and all the good which He has created. How could we say that God could create such an awful place? We begin to answer this question when we consider who hell is for.

If a Christian Dies by Suicide, Will They Be in Heaven?

Jesus’ own words tell us, then, that suicide can and is forgiven. A Christian who unfortunately, and quite tragically, loses their way and, in the midst of their despair and confusion, dies by suicide will be received by the Father.

Will We Have Work to Do in Heaven?

It’s difficult for us to think of work in heaven. Isn’t heaven supposed to be fun? Work isn’t fun. Shouldn’t paradise be the opposite of work? At the same time, certain images of heaven seem boring. We just sit around and play harps on clouds? Perhaps work means something more to God, something different.

What Will We Do in Heaven?

Heaven really is forever, and we will spend that eternity in a place of perfect joy, peace, rest, and hope. It is a house unlike any we have seen before. We will never have to wait for something to happen to make us happy, or have to work in hopes that we will rest later.
