Aperol spritz

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz soda water
  • Orange slice

A few notes on making this:

  • I don’t have many notes on this except to say make it in whatever proportion you prefer. It’s a low ABV drink that you can enjoy slowly during the day, or as an aperitivo before a meal.
  • Use a large wine glass and lots of ice
  • Sip through a straw, if you prefer.

Directions:

  • Fill a large wine glass generously with ice.
  • Pour in 2 oz Aperol
  • Add 3 oz Prosecco
  • Top up with 1oz soda water.
  • Garnish with a slice of orange.
