Two Christian artists could face jail time under a new Arizona anti-discrimination law that would punish them for refusing service for same-sex weddings.

Fox News reports the owners of Brush & Nib Studio, Breanna Koski and Joanna Duka, are preemptively challenging the new law which states they could be sentenced to six months in jail for every day they refuse to create artwork for same-sex weddings.

The women’s lawyer said the two do not want to be "banished from the marketplace" because they don't share "the government's view."

A lawyer representing Phoenix said the women want the court system to "give them a blank check to refuse service" to same-sex couples.
