2 pounds ground chicken 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp celery seed 1/4 c chopped parsley 1/4 c whole milk 3 tbsp hot sauce 1 tsp granulated garlic 1 tbsp paprika (used smoked paprika if you prefer) 1/4 c crumbled bleu cheese
Directions
Add all ingredients to bowl except the meat and bleu cheese. Mix ingredients. Now add meat and bleu cheese and GENTLY combine with fingertips (do not squish everything into a mass!). Divide the mixture into 6 patties. Sear in saute pan until cooked throughout (remove from pan at 160˚F and let carryover heat bring it to a safe 165˚F before eating). Serve as-is or on your favorite bun with toppings of your choice!
